High Carbon HP Graphite Electrode Description
The Ultra High Power (UHP) Graphite Electrodes produced by Jianglong Carbon Group utilise 100% high-quality imported needle coke, advanced production equipment and technology, and are manufactured in strict accordance with the world-class standard. The Ultra-high Power (UHP) Graphite Electrode exhibits lower resistivity, enhanced electrical conductivity and superior mechanical strength. The graphite electrode nipples are manufactured using 100% imported needle coke, which undergoes a three-time impregnation and a four-time baking process. The product quality has reached a standard that is comparable to, or even exceeds, that of products manufactured to world-class standards, and is therefore suitable for use in ultra-high power electric arc furnaces and ladle refining furnaces used in steel production.
