Graphite electrode Hp is widely used in EAF (for smelting steel),submerged-arc furnaces (for producing Ferroalloy, pure silicon, phosphor, matte, calcium carbide, etc.), and electric resistance furnaces, (such as graphitization furnaces producing graphite electrodes, glass--melting furnace, electric furnaces producing carborundum, etc.)

The range of diameters covers from 200mm to 800mm. Our products own the following characteristics: low electric resistivity, good electrical and thermal conductivity, high oxidation resistance, greater resistance to thermal and mechanical shock, high mechanical strength, high machining accuracy.

Packaging of High Power Graphite Electrodes

Proper packaging ensures electrodes are protected during transportation, handling, and storage.

Wooden Pallets:

Electrodes are placed on sturdy wooden pallets for stability and ease of handling.

Protective Covers:

Wrapping electrodes in protective covers such as plastic or shrink wrap safeguards them from moisture, dust, and contaminants.

Foam or rubber padding may be used for additional cushioning.

Steel Bands:

Electrodes are secured to pallets with steel bands to prevent movement and damage during transport.

End Caps:

Plastic or rubber end caps protect the threaded ends of the electrodes from damage.

Packing Frames:

For enhanced protection, especially during long-distance shipments, electrodes may be placed within metal or wooden packing frames.

Q: What about your delivery date in normal conditions?

A: We send the cargo within 15 days after receiving the deposit.

Q: what about your package?

A: Usually as per customer's requests.Common packing information: small size in bundles, big size in bulksome sizes with plastic capstan to protect both ends, seaworthy packaging.

Q: If products have some quality problem, how would you deal with it?

A: We will be responsible for all of our quality problems.

Q: How can you control your quality?

A: For each production processing, ZhenAn has a complete QC system for the chemical composition and Physical properties. After production, all the goods will be tested, and the quality certificate will be shipped along with the goods.
