Pure Chemical Grade FeSi 45 Description

Ferrosilicon inoculant 45 is easier to dissolve and absorb than general inoculant, which can promote the grey iron to get the ideal graphite ball, improve the level of spheroidisation, and significantly reduce the tendency of white mouth. Ferrosilicon inoculant has a low melting point (nearly 1300℃), which makes it easy to melt and absorb during the inoculation treatment, and there is very little slag floating. Ferrosilicon inoculant has strong anti-degradation ability, preventing inoculation degradation and spheroidisation degradation, stable chemical composition, small composition, and quality deviation. SPECIFICATION of FeSi 45 Alloy Lump

The main function of ferrosilicon inoculant 45:
