FeSi 45 production process

The production process of ferrosilicon can be divided into four stages: charge preparation, electric furnace smelting, isothermal constant temperature, and ladle casting. Among them, the furnace charge preparation stage involves the selection and proportioning of ferrosilicon and other raw materials; the electric furnace smelting stage is to put the charge into the electric furnace for smelting to get the required ferrosilicon; the isothermal constant temperature stage is to ensure the quality of the ferrosilicon, which is placed in the isothermal temperature for constant temperature; the ladle casting stage is to cast the ferrosilicon into the required shape.
