High Level Alloy Silicon Magnesium

A composite urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive filler made from silicon-magnesium clay, which consists of silicate minerals, magnesium silicate minerals, sawdust powder, and plant protein powder in mass percentages of 5% to 35% for silicate minerals; 35% to 50% for magnesium silicate minerals; 2% to 25% for sawdust powder; and 15% to 40% for plant protein powder, totaling 100% for all components. This filler utilizes abundant, widely available, and inexpensive natural mineral powders as raw materials, while also comprehensively using waste generated from wood processing, such as sawdust, along with a small amount of plant protein powder. Through simple grinding and coating, it produces a mineral composite filler that significantly increases the initial viscosity of urea-formaldehyde resin adhesives, improves the cold press strength of plywood, enhances the bonding strength of plywood, and shortens the cold pressing time, thereby replacing flour, saving food resources, and reducing production costs. This processing technology is easy to implement for continuous industrial production without any three waste emissions.
