Mainly used for carbonizer instead of carbonizer, carbonizer effect is good, high carbon wire composition content, high absorption rate, much better than the carbonizer effect. The current steelmaking process is through the converter - refining and - continuous casting for casting, due to the time required for each link is different, converter or electric furnace production time is often longer than the rhythm of casting. In order to maintain uninterrupted production, another converter must be arranged to produce the next steel, otherwise production will be interrupted.
In the production process, an early change of furnace steelmaking is called a reverse furnace. Feeding carbon wire is a means of compositional adjustment. Carbon-containing powder is wrapped in iron to make wire of a certain diameter, which is fed directly into liquid steel through a wire feeder, allowing precise control of the carbon content in the steel. Of course, the composition control does not necessarily rely on feeding wire to regulate, but feeding wire is an effective method of precise composition control.
Core wire has the advantages of uniform core composition, high filling rate, suitable for many industries, and effective reduction of production cost and storage time in smelting process. Core wire can be more conveniently used to add metallurgical materials to molten steel in the steelmaking process of manufacturers, which is used by inserting the core wire vertically into the molten iron or molten steel through the wire feeder of the manufacturer, and the metallurgical materials, such as the core wire, are fully melted and chemically reacted at the ideal depth, which effectively avoids the reaction of the added elements with the air and the molten slag, and improves the absorption rate of the metallurgical materials of the manufacturer. The core wire also has the role of refining and precision casting to change inclusions, alloying and purification of molten steel, which plays a significant role in improving the quality of cast iron and cast steel, reducing the cost of casting and steelmaking, and improving the economic efficiency of cast iron and cast steel.
