Products Description
Fused zirconia corundum bricks are made by completely melting the raw material and casting it in a mold, then cooling and solidifying it.
Products Specifications
The casting methods for electrofused zirconia corundum bricks are normal casting, inclined casting, non-shrinkage casting and quasi-non-shrinkage casting.
The different casting methods of AZS products can meet the requirements of various parts of the glass kiln.

Normal casting
In the normal casting method, the shrinkage holes of the product are located in the lower part of the casting gate, which is mostly used in the superstructure of the melt pool. Waiting erosion is not serious.

QX- Tilt casting
In inclined casting, the shrinkage holes of the product are located at the lower end of the pouring gate, and it is mainly used as pool wall bricks.

WS-Non-shrinkage cavity casting
Mainly used for casting non-shrinkage products with shrinkage holes, such as liquid erosion holes, kiln sills, pool wall corners, paving surfaces and other serious erosion areas.

ZWS-Quasi-non-shrinkage casting
Similar to non-shrinkage casting, the shrinkage holes of cast bricks are basically cut off, mainly used as pool wall bricks.
