Ferro Silicon 65% Granules

Ferro Silicon 65% Granules are obtained by reducing silica with coking coal in the presence of iron ore in blast furnaces for contents up to 65% silicon or in electric arc furnaces for higher contents. Ferro Silicon 65% Granules are stable and only attackable by nitric and hydrofluoric acids when in powder form. In contact with moisture or water, it can release hydrogen and may form flammable or explosive mixtures with air.

Packaging Details: packed in water-proof plastic woven bag, 1000kg per bag or as your requirements.
Delivery Time: Within 15 days after receipt 30% T/T in advance.

The uses of Ferro Silicon include:

• Deoxidizer in the manufacture of both construction and stainless steels to avoid excessive decarburization.
