Polyester enameled wire, composed of copper conductor and polyester resin, with a thermal class of 130, the modified enameled wire has a thermal class of 155. It has good mechanical strength, film adhesion properties, excellent electrical, scratch resistance, chemical resistance, thermal stability and solvent resistance. Polyester enameled wire is widely used in a variety of motors, electrical appliances, instruments, telecommunications equipment and home appliances; the polyester enameled copper wire's weakness is poor thermal shock resistance, low moisture resistance.

What is the difference between polyester enameled wire and polyurethane enameled wire?
Insulation grade is not the same. Polyester enameled wire is mostly B, F grade, polyurethane (polyimide) is mostly F, H grade.
