The insulation grade of polyesterimide enameled wire is 180. Polyesterimide enameled wire has good heat shock resistance, high softening and decomposition temperature, excellent mechanical strength, and good resistance to solvents and refrigerants. The disadvantage of polyesterimide enameled wire is that it is easy to hydrolyze under closed conditions. Polyesterimide enameled copper wire is widely used in windings of motors, electrical appliances, instruments and meters, power tools, power dry-type transformers, etc. with high heat resistance requirements.

High-temperature resistant enameled wire, as the name implies, is an enameled wire that can withstand high temperatures.
General enameled wires are temperature-resistant at levels 130 and 155, and those that can reach level 180 are already quite high.
High-temperature resistant enameled wires, in addition to the previous three specifications, can reach levels 200, 220, and even 240.
Each level means that this enameled wire can be used for a long time at that numerical temperature.
The maximum wire diameter of the product specification is 3.5mm, and the main products are QZY, QZY (XY), QY, etc.
