The Production Process Of Metallic Silicon 441
1) After the raw material silica is washed, screened, and dried, it is batched in different proportions according to the type of reducing agent used. 3) Use the bottom-blowing method of mixing oxygen and air. The breathable bricks for bottom-blowing oxygen are installed in the bottom of the bag. There are many thin copper tubes in the breathable bricks. Oxygen and air are blown from the thin copper tubes to the silicon melt for refining. , after the oxygen blowing is completed, the air also forms a positive pressure into the silicon melt through the breathable bricks. The refining process requires stirring, which uses compressed air to stir. The purpose is to improve the kinetic conditions of the slag-metal element phase reaction, accelerate slag formation, remove impurities as quickly as possible, and reduce heat loss and silicone liquid sticking.
