Refractory Silicon Carbide Lumps Description
Silicon carbide micro powder is manufactured from high-quality, large crystalline silicon carbide blocks. These are crushed and then shaped into particles by a vertical ball mill. The resulting material is then pickled with moisture, hydraulically precision classified, naturally settled and dried at high temperature. The product has a stable quality, good crystallisation, high surface cleanliness and no large particles. It has a low fine particle content, concentrated particle size distribution, high grinding efficiency and is suitable for various precision grinding processes. The surface of the processed workpiece is uniform and scratch-free.
The silicon carbide spherical sand and micro powder have been reshaped by a Raymond mill. They have fewer edges and corners, good hydrophilicity, high grinding efficiency and a long working life.
