Products Description
A new material for automobile wheel hubs made of high-impact toughness aluminum-silicon-magnesium alloy and its preparation method. It uses aluminum, industrial pure silicon, aluminum-magnesium alloys, aluminum-copper alloys, aluminum-strontium alloys, aluminum-rare earth intermediate alloys, and titanium powder as raw materials, through alloy smelting, ultrasonic or electromagnetic stirring, nitrogen degassing, double-stage porous ceramic filtering, and water-cooled crystallizer casting to prepare aluminum-silicon-magnesium alloy rods. This material has a uniform alloy composition, fewer pinholes, significantly enhances impact toughness, and effectively improves casting performance.

1.A lightweight magnesium-silicon wall panel made from a mixture of dolomitic cement, halite, fly ash, wood chips, gypsum, oxalic acid or phosphoric acid, ferric chloride or ferrous sulfate, and triethanolamine, stirred with water in a certain proportion to form a slurry that is molded into hollow wall panels containing horizontal and vertical bamboo reinforcement. This invention effectively overcomes the persistent problem of halide reactions in dolomitic cement products, exhibiting good water resistance, no warping or deformation, a softening coefficient ≥ 0.95, and features such as lightweight, high strength, thermal insulation, sound insulation, fireproofing, and pest resistance. During the installation and splicing process, it can be sawn, planed, nailed, and drilled freely like wood.
