Molybdenum alloys can be divided into the following categories according to alloy metal elements:
1. Binary molybdenum alloys: mainly include tungsten-molybdenum alloy (W-Mo), molybdenum-copper alloy (Mo-Cu), molybdenum-zirconium alloy (Mo-Zr), molybdenum-titanium alloy (Mo-Ti), molybdenum-lanthanum alloy ( Mo-La), molybdenum-yttrium alloy (MoY), molybdenum-rhenium alloy (Mo-Re), chromium-molybdenum alloy (Mo-C r), etc.
2. Multi-component molybdenum alloy:
Mo-Ti-Zr-C series: The main grades are TZC and TZM.
Mo-Hf-Zr-O series: mainly include ZHM, ZHM4, ZHM6, ZHM7, ZHM8, etc.
Mo-W-Hf-C series and Mo-W-Hf-Zr-C series: mainly include M25WH1, M25WH2, HWM25, and M25WZH1.
3. Doped molybdenum alloy: adding a certain amount of potassium, silicon, and aluminum elements to pure molybdenum can greatly increase the recrystallization temperature of molybdenum, and it still has good plasticity even after recrystallization.
