1. Pickling: Soak in 5% nitric acid solution for more than 8 hours at a temperature of 40 degrees. in an ultrasonic cleaning machine. After soaking, rinse with filtered deionized water or water for injection inside and outside until neutral, and measure the conductivity. Blow dry with pure air at a pressure of ≥0.4Mpa.
2. Alkali cleaning: Soak in 3-5% sodium hydroxide analytical pure solution for 30-60 minutes at a temperature of about 40 degrees. In the ultrasonic cleaning machine, after soaking, flush it internally and externally with filtered deionized water or water for injection to neutrality, measure the conductivity, and blow dry with pure air at a pressure of ≥0.4Mpa.

Note: The two methods can be used alone or in conjunction with each other. If possible, it can be combined with an ultrasonic cleaning machine for the best effect.
3. Organic matter pollution can be combined with surfactant cleaning, and cell debris pollution system combined with enzyme cleaning effect is more ideal.
4. Titanium rod processing requires frequent online backflushing (use pure compressed air or filtered raw liquid or clean water for online cleaning) to reduce the number of cleanings using the above methods.
