Cored wire: It is made of alloy powder wrapped around a strip. According to the different alloy powder can be divided into: calcium silicon core wire, calcium silicon manganese wire, calcium silicon barium wire, barium aluminium wire, calcium aluminium wire, calcium iron wire, pure calcium wire and so on.
So how do we pack and ship these cored wires to our customers again? The steps are as follows:
1.Put the tested steel strip on the rewinding machine to roll the steel strip.
2. Place an 8-mesh sieve at the mouth of the silo, pour the tested calcium silicate alloy into the silo, and sieve out the unqualified alloy with the 8-mesh sieve
3. The rolled steel strip on the winding machine, winding the calcium silicon alloy tightly wrapped around the core wire diameter of 13 mm, smooth surface. Requirements for firm wrapping, seams straight, no seams, no broken lines, no false wrapped edges, no oil and rust on the surface.
4. Adjust the discharging speed in time according to the rotating speed in the winding process
5. Arrange the wound core wires on the winding machine in sequence and reduce the knocking sound wrapping core wires to low to reduce the surface depression of the core wires.
6. After winding the wire, wrap the core wire tightly with packing tape and lower it to the core wrapping coil with a crane. The core wrapped coil must be welded firmly and packaged for storage after passing.
