1. Acetal enameled wire: There are two thermal grades, 105 and 120. It has good mechanical strength, adhesion, resistance to transformer oil and refrigerant, but the product has poor moisture resistance, low heat softening breakdown temperature, weak durability against benzene-alcohol mixed solvents and other defects. At present, it is only used in a small amount for oil-immersed transformers and oil-filled motor windings.
2. Polyester and modified polyester enameled wire, ordinary polyester enameled wire, the thermal class is 130, and the thermal class of enameled wire after modification is 155. This product has high mechanical strength, good elasticity, scratch resistance, adhesion, electrical properties and solvent resistance. It is currently the most widely produced type in China, accounting for about two-thirds. It is widely used in various motors, electrical appliances, instruments, telecommunications equipment and household appliances. The weakness of this product is its poor heat shock resistance and low moisture resistance.
3. Polyurethane enameled wire; thermal class 130, 155, 180. The biggest feature is that it has direct solderability, good high-frequency resistance, is easy to color, and has good moisture resistance. The weaknesses of this product are slightly lower mechanical strength, not high heat resistance, and the production of large-size wire has poor flexibility and adhesion. It is widely used in electronic appliances, fan motors and precision instruments, telecommunications, meters, and other types of products that do not require high temperature resistance, but require the production of efficient products.
4. Polyesterimide enameled wire, thermal class 180: This product has good heat shock resistance, high softening and breakdown temperature, excellent mechanical strength, and good resistance to solvents and refrigerants. It is vulnerable to hydrolysis under conditions of closed weakness, and is widely used in the windings of motors, electrical appliances, instruments, power tools, electric dry compressors, etc., which require high heat resistance.
5. Polyesterimide/polyamideimide composite layer enameled wire is currently a widely used heat-resistant enameled wire at home and abroad. It has a heat rating of 200 or 220. This product has high heat resistance, as well as resistance to refrigerants, cold temperatures, and radiation. It also has high mechanical strength, stable electrical properties, good chemical resistance and refrigerant resistance, and strong overload capacity. It is widely used in refrigerators, air conditioners, power tools, explosion-proof motors and other electrical appliances that operate under high temperatures, in cold environments, with radiation, or under overload conditions.
