1.Deoxidizer

2.Alloy additives
As a commonly used alloy additive, ferromanganese alloy can react with other elements in molten steel to form a variety of alloy phases to improve the strength, hardness, corrosion resistance and other properties of steel. For example, adding an appropriate amount of manganese ferroalloy to high carbon steel can increase the strength and hardness of the steel and improve its wear resistance; adding an appropriate amount of manganese ferroalloy to stainless steel can improve its corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance.

Ferromanganese alloys can also be used to adjust the composition of molten steel to meet the production needs of different steel materials.
