1. 2 to 3 shifts before refining, it is necessary to start lowering the electrode as much as possible to ensure that the working end of the electrode is long enough and can be deeply embedded in the furnace charge in order to heat the furnace bottom and increase the furnace temperature;

2. Start lowering the material level eight hours before refining, and try to reduce the 45 ferrosilicon material accumulated in the furnace;
3. The silicon content of the alloy needs to be controlled close to the upper limit;

4. After the material level is lowered, stop adding 45 ferrosilicon materials, start adding 4 to 5 batches of furnace materials without steel scraps (the batch of silica is 200 kg), and then discharge the last furnace of 45 ferrosilicon materials, and try to make the iron Net, according to the analysis of the iron content in front of the furnace, add an appropriate amount of steel scraps to the molten iron ladle and adjust the qualified product (still 45 ferrosilicon);

5. Continue to add the furnace charge without steel scraps. Generally, a furnace of ferrosilicon can be produced in 5 to 6 hours. Once it is qualified, start adding 75 ferrosilicon materials. Be careful not to increase the material level too quickly when adding materials. To produce a furnace of ferrosilicon, a newly built ladle must be used.
