Melting process of ferromagnesium-silicon.
1. Preparation of raw materials

2. Mixing the ingredients

3. Feeding and preheating

4. Pre-melting
Pre-melting of raw materials in the melting furnace can, on the one hand, decompose and reduce some impurities and oxides in the raw materials; on the other hand, it can also increase the temperature of the raw materials to create conditions for subsequent melting and alloying.
5. Melting
When the raw material reaches a certain temperature, the beginning of melting. In the melting process, you can add reductant, slag material, etc. to control the composition of the alloy and the exclusion of slag compounds.
6. Alloy casting
When the melting of magnesium-silicon iron alloy to meet the requirements of the alloy composition, it will be poured out of the furnace for casting or inverted mold casting molding. In this process, the pouring temperature, pouring speed and pouring method need to be strictly controlled to ensure the quality and shape of the alloy.
7. Post-treatment
After the magnesium ferrosilicon is cast and molded, it is also necessary to carry out the post-treatment process, including slag removal, cleaning, forging, heat treatment and other links, and finally get the finished alloy products.
