Seamless Calcium Wire Description
Seamless Calcium Metal Cored Wire is a type of seamless metal calcium used for steel-making deoxidising. It is comprised of three parts: an outer steel tube, a protective coating, and a calcium metal wire inner core. The calcium metal wire inner core is a seamless solid core. The wire can reduce the vapor pressure of calcium metal and the gasification rate, increase the depth of seamless solid metal wire insertion into steel liquid calcium, and reduce the boiling point of liquid steel. This allows for a reduction in the time required for the metal calcium to be absorbed by the molten steel.
