In aluminum alloy manufacturing, the addition of silicon can improve the fluidity, strength and heat resistance of the alloy, and is widely used in the automotive, aviation and construction industries. Due to the low impurity content of grade 421, it is particularly suitable for the production of high-quality cast aluminum alloys and deformed aluminum alloys. In the silicone chemical industry, metal silicon 421 is an important raw material for the synthesis of silane, silicone oil, silicone rubber and other products. These silicone materials have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and insulation, and are widely used in the electronics, medical and daily chemical industries. Strict control of impurity content ensures the purity and performance stability of silicone products. In addition, metal silicon 421 can also be used as a primary raw material in the semiconductor industry.
