High Level Metal Silicon Briquette

A new type of silicon briquette with hyperbranched amplified fluorescent signal probes, as well as the preparation method of the said fluorescent signal probes and their analytical application for detecting Cu. By utilizing the amplification technology triggered by click chemical reactions combined with hyperbranched hybrid chain reactions (HBHCR), a dendritic amplified fluorescent platform is constructed for sensitive detection of Cu. The target Cu first triggers the click chemical reaction and the DNA walker amplification process, converting Cu into a large amount of DNAS3 products. The interaction of DNA S3 with H1 on the SiO microspheres triggers the hyperbranched hybrid chain reaction (HBHCR) between the hairpin H2, HSDNA, H3DNA, and LTDNA, assembling into a novel dendritic DNA structure loaded with a large amount of fluorescent Cy5, achieving ultra-sensitive fluorescent detection of Cu.

1.A rotary kiln for preparing high-silicon briquette includes a kiln body and a scraping board. One end of the kiln body is connected to a feeding mechanism via a rotating shaft, and support rods are welded inside the kiln body, with one end of the support rods fixed with a main shaft. By welding support rods inside the kiln body, with one end of the support rods fixed to a main shaft and a scraping board welded to the surface of the main shaft, the rotation of the kiln body is driven by a servo motor, which in turn drives the rotation of the internal raw materials, allowing for reactions to occur.
