High Level Alloy Vanadium Nitrogen

A dual-pusher plate furnace exhaust pipeline for producing vanadium nitrogen alloy. It includes: a main furnace, a cleaning mechanism, and a main exhaust pipeline; this application avoids the problem of the exhaust pipeline being blocked and difficult to clean during long-term operation of the furnace by designing a cleaning mechanism between the main furnace and the main exhaust pipeline. By designing a nozzle inside the cleaning mechanism and a water guide pipe fixedly connected to the nozzle, and installing a water suction pump on the water guide pipe, the smoke and dust in the gas can fully react with water to form black substances. By setting a filter mesh at the connection between the second connecting pipe and the side wall of the cleaning mechanism, the black substances are trapped inside the cleaning mechanism, thus allowing clean gas to be expelled and preventing pipeline blockage. By setting a sweeper inside the cleaning mechanism, the black substances adhering to the inner wall of the cleaning mechanism can be swept into the first or second collection box for centralized cleaning. Therefore, this application can prevent the blockage of the exhaust pipeline, extend the service life of the exhaust pipeline, and achieve automated cleaning.

1.A quick cleaning device for the smoke exhaust system of a vanadium-nitrogen alloy production line, including a smoke exhaust component and a dust removal component. The smoke exhaust component includes a smoke stack, a fixed base, and a spring box. The outer wall of the smoke stack is provided with the fixed base, which is fixedly connected with the smoke stack. The spring box is located on the inner wall of the smoke stack and is welded and fixed to the smoke stack. Inside the spring box, there are a sliding rod, a limiting plate, and a spring. On the outside of the dust removal door, there is a fastening handwheel and a rotating seat. The dust removal door can be fastened using the fastening handwheel, and the rotating seat can be axially displaced via a sliding rod connected to its inner side. The dust removal door can be pulled outwards and then rotated around the rotating seat, allowing the dust removal door to be opened by rotation, thus avoiding the need for the door to take up the operator's working space during the opening and closing process, improving the safety of personnel during high-altitude cleaning.
