Comparing the electrolytic products at different temperatures, it was found that temperature has a significant impact on the diffusion alloying process, and the phase and structure of the electrolytic products vary noticeably at different temperatures. The final product from electrolyzing at 850 °C is TiFe2 with a particle size of 1 μm and a discrete spherical structure of Ti, while the final product from electrolyzing at 900 °C is TiFe with a spatial network structure and a particle size of 3 μm.
