Ferrosilicon 70% Inoculant

 

Ferrosilicon 70 is produced in submerged arc reduction furnaces. The silicon content of ferrosilicon is controlled by the dosage of iron raw materials. The production of high-purity ferrosilicon in addition to the use of pure silica and reductant, but also for the furnace refining to reduce the alloy of aluminium, calcium, carbon and other impurities. Ferrosilicon containing Si ≤ 65% can be smelted by closed electric furnace, Si ≥ 70% of ferrosilicon smelted by open electric furnace or semi-closed electric furnace.
