Ultra high power graphite electrodes are made of high-quality petroleum coke, imported needle coke, high-quality coal asphalt and other raw materials, and then made into graphitized semi-finished products through the processes of calcination, dosing, mixing and kneading, molding, multiple roasting and impregnation, and graphitization, and then finally finely processed by a professional numerical control lathe, which have the advantages of low electrical resistivity, low ash content, uniform structure, good resistance to thermal vibration, high mechanical strength, low coefficient of thermal rise, and precise coordination of electrodes and joints, etc., and are the perfect materials for the steelmaking of electric furnaces and the smelting of mine-heat furnaces.
