Versatile Silicon Calcium Description
Calcium silicon alloy is a great deoxidiser and desulfurisation agent. CaSi can remove impurities from metal, and the resulting products can be easily removed. Calcium silicide improves steel performance, plasticity and toughness. Calcium silicon is used to make high-quality steel, mild steel, stainless steel, nickel-base alloy and titanium-based alloys. It is also used as a heating agent and additive in the production of ductile casting iron.
