5. Before blocking, the molten iron and slag in the iron removal port were not completely removed, resulting in high temperature and softening.
6. The smelting time is long, and the material used to block the taphole cannot withstand the high temperature for a long time.

When blocking the taphole, there should be a margin on the outside. Personnel in front of the furnace should always check the redness in the taphole. If signs of leakage are found, 1 to 2 mud balls should be plugged, and the smelting personnel should be notified at the same time. situation so that it can be handled.
Ladles of molten iron should be kept away from tapholes that are not currently in use. After filling the molten iron, immediately push the molten iron ladle under the tap hole to prevent the molten iron from flowing into the pit when the hole escapes.
