Heat treatment furnace refractories
1. Clay brick (not suitable for high carbon potential furnace) Its chemical composition: Al2O3, SiO2 and other oxide impurities.
2. High-aluminum bricks: its dense, high-temperature strength is good. Mainly used for high-temperature furnace lining and shelving wire refractory bricks. Its chemical composition: Al2O3 (content higher than 48%)
3. Lightweight refractories: general bulk density of heavy clay bricks for 2.1-2.2g/cm3; heavy high alumina bricks for 2.3-2.75g/cm3; and light clay bricks for 0.4-1.3g/cm3; light high alumina bricks for 0.4-1.0g/cm3; light high alumina bricks for 0.4-1.0g/cm3. -1.0g/cm3.
Aluminosilicate refractory fiber products
1. Features: mechanical vibration resistance, small heat transfer coefficient, good thermal stability and other advantages.
2. Chemical composition: Al2O3 (43-54%), SiO2 (4-53%).
3. Use temperature: 1500 degrees Celsius.
4. Long-term use: 1300 degrees Celsius.
5. Refractoriness: 1790 degrees Celsius.
