Ferrosilicon Granules Description
Ferrosilicon granules are an alloy of two elements, silicon and iron, with the chemical symbol FeSi where the silicon content is usually between 70% and 75% and the iron content between 20% and 25%. In addition, ferrosilicon particles may also contain some other impurity elements, such as manganese, chromium, molybdenum, nickel, vanadium, etc.

The Characteristics Of Ferrosilicon Granules
Ferrosilicon grains are gray metal particles, usually in the form of lumps or powders, with a density of 7.2 ~ 7.8 g/cm³ and a melting point of about 1200°C. The grains can be used in a wide range of applications, such as in the manufacture of iron and steel products, and in the production of iron and steel products. At high temperatures, ferrosilicon grain is not easy to oxidize and has a high magnetization rate. Then what are the product characteristics of ferrosilicon grains:
1. Uniform composition, small segregation: the composition of ferrosilicon grains is uniformly distributed, which helps to achieve more stable performance in the smelting process.
2. Uniform particle size, no fines: the particle size of ferrosilicon grains is uniformly distributed and free of fines, which helps to improve the stability of the breeding effect.
