4. Only after removing the slag-sticking iron near the tap hole can the tap hole be blocked.
5. The tap hole must be blocked deeply to prevent iron slag in the furnace from accumulating in the tap hole to prevent erosion and erosion of the tap hole.
6. There is a lot of slag in the furnace, or the material collapses during tapping and blocks the outflow of molten iron. Use round steel with slag to facilitate the outflow of molten iron.

7. When the furnace condition is too sticky and the high-temperature furnace air pressure ejected from the tap hole is too high and it is difficult to block the tap hole, the tap hole phase electrode can be slightly raised to reduce the furnace gas pressure.
8. In order to make the taphole easy to open and avoid "iron running" at the taphole, the furnace front worker should select appropriate plugging materials based on the furnace conditions and taphole status.
9. Regularly rotate and repair the taphole to ensure the quality of the repair.
10. Use as little lime as possible to treat the furnace conditions during the smelting process to reduce erosion and erosion of the taphole.
