Titanium's excellent corrosion resistance and good specific strength make titanium pipes thinner and have better heat exchange effects than products made of other traditional metal material pipe fittings. TC4 titanium alloy is one of the most widely used titanium alloys at present. It has high strength and good corrosion resistance.
Using different deformation methods, the tube blanks are rolled into pipes with a total deformation of 70% through two and three passes of rolling. Vacuum annealing is performed at 800°C × 1h between passes. The cooling method is to cool the furnace to 500°C and then air-cool to room temperature to observe the changes in its microstructure and properties. Concluded:

When the billet is opened with a small deformation, the wall thickness deviation is small and the surface roughness gradually decreases; when the billet is opened with a large deformation, the wall thickness deviation is large, which will affect the wall thickness deviation of the pipe obtained by subsequent passes of rolling.
When the total deformation is the same, the more rolling passes, the greater the elongation, hardness, and strength of the pipe. Good overall performance.

When rolling with large deformation, the flow of material is in the form of strips. When rolling with small deformation, the flow of material is in the form of bundles. When the heat treatment conditions and subsequent rolling processes between passes are the same, the pipes obtained by blanking with large deformation Tissue distortion is more severe.
Small deformation blanking has little effect on the anisotropy of the pipe; there are certain fluctuations in the anisotropy of mechanical properties during multi-pass rolling.
