High Level Product High Carbon Silicon

A high carbon silicon manganese alloy-bay structure low alloy ultra high strength steel and its heat treatment process. The chemical composition of this ultra high strength steel is C: (0.6 to 0.8)%; Si: (1.5 to 2.5)%; Mn: (0.8 to 1.4)%; Cr: (0 to 1.2)%; S ≤ 0.04%; P ≤ 0.04%. The parts made from this ultra high strength steel are heated to 870℃ to 900℃, then isothermally treated for 40 to 60 minutes within the range of 280℃ to 340℃, and subsequently cooled to room temperature in air. This low alloy ultra high strength steel not only uses little or no rare precious elements, making it cost-effective, but also has mechanical properties comparable to 4340 low alloy ultra high strength steel.

Using abundant, inexpensive, and renewable rice husk as a raw material, porous carbon-silicon composite materials with different specific surface areas and total pore volumes can be prepared by controlling the processing conditions of pre-carbonization, alkaline silicon removal, and high-temperature activation sintering, meeting the needs of various industries for adsorbent materials. The adsorption and retention effect for aflatoxin B1 is very remarkable, with an adsorption rate of about 99%, and outstanding adsorption stability, thus having a very broad prospect in the field of grain and feed processing.
