According to the production requirements, the silicon content of 3303-grade pure silicon metal should be ≥99%, i.e., less impurity, and the high purity 3303-grade silicon metal usually adopts high-quality quartz stone as the raw material, which is rich in internal silicon dioxide content, and uses charcoal as the reductant, and precipitates out the silicon in the silicon element in the quartz stone through the smelting of the furnace and purification treatment. Compared with ordinary silicon metal, the content of iron is less than or equal to 0.3%, the content of aluminum is less than or equal to 0.3%, and the content of calcium is less than or equal to 0.03%.
