The output shaft of the servo motor is fixedly connected to a rotating shaft, and the surface of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected to a gear. When the operator uses this device to strike the stainless steel cathode plate coated with electrolytic manganese, they only need to start the servo motor using a control switch. 1.An electrolysis manganese flake production device, including an electrolysis tank, electrode plates, with a liquid inlet pipe on the electrolysis tank, and a settling chamber at the bottom end facing down of the electrolysis tank. One side of the settling chamber is equipped with a collection pipe, and there is a liquid outlet on the electrolysis tank, which is connected to a circulation pipe. A pump is installed on the circulation pipe, and a heat exchange device is located on the outside of the circulation pipe, while an aeration device is installed at the bottom of the electrolysis tank. Compared with the prior art, the advantages of this utility model are: the inclined bottom of the electrolysis tank coordinates with the settling chamber to collect the electrolyzed metal manganese without the need for filtering the electrolyte, thus reducing energy consumption; the aeration device inside the electrolysis tank ensures sufficient movement of ions in the electrolyte to contact the electrode plates, enhancing electrolysis efficiency. The electrolyte is pumped out through the circulation pipe to exchange heat with the heat exchange device, lowering the temperature of the electrolyte and ensuring the safe use of the electrode plates during the electrolysis process with stable operation; the lifting ears facilitate easy installation and transportation.
