4. Silicon barium alloy with barium 20 ~ 30% of the silicon barium alloy as a gestation agent, can significantly reduce the tendency of cast iron white mouth, and can keep the effect of gestation time increased to about 30min, especially for large castings. Processing, the amount of alloy added is about 0.1%.
5. Rare earth inoculants rare earth mixed metals and rare earth ferrosilicon and other rare earth metal-containing inoculants, adding the right amount, the inoculation effect is very strong, and its effect can be a number of times 75 ferrosilicon, can effectively eliminate the white mouth, and slow down the decline of the inoculation effect.
