What are ceramic fiber products?
Common ceramic fiber products mainly include ceramic fiber board, ceramic fiber blanket, ceramic fiber blanket, ceramic fiber cotton, ceramic fiber cloth, ceramic fiber rope, ceramic fiber paper, and ceramic fiber module. Ceramic fiber products are divided into multiple grades of products based on different application areas, such as ordinary, standard, high-purity, and high aluminum.
Ceramic fiber cotton is made by melting high-purity clay clinker, aluminum oxide powder, silica powder, chrome sand and other raw materials in an industrial electric furnace at high temperature to form a fluid. Then, compressed air is used to spray or wire is thrown into a fiber shape by a wire throwing machine. After being collected by a cotton collector, ceramic fiber cotton is formed. Fiber cotton can be further processed into products such as fiber blankets, boards, paper, cloth, ropes, etc.
Ceramic fiber board, also known as aluminum silicate fiber board, uses the corresponding ordinary, standard, high-purity, zirconium containing aluminum silicate ceramic fiber cotton as raw materials, and is made by drying and machining with vacuum forming or drying process. Ceramic fiber blanket has uniform fiber diameter, long fiber length, low thermal conductivity, clean white color, excellent tensile strength, good flexibility, and easy cutting.
