Construction Requirements for Insulation Materials for Cracking Furnaces

(1) The heat insulation board should be built close to the furnace shell. The internal and external joints of the two layers of heat insulation boards are wrong. If the joint width is greater than the local gap between the heat insulation board and the furnace shell and is greater than 3mm, refractory fiber should be filled.

(5) The burner bricks should be pre-numbered. When the center line of the burner brick assembly overlaps with the center line of the metal burner, mud masonry can be used, otherwise it will cause deviation of the combustion air flow and affect the stability of combustion. The gap between the burner brick and the metal burner should be consistent and filled with refractory fiber.
