High Level Metal Ferro Vanadium

A method for producing ferro vanadium alloy using coal acid leachate, the process includes: adding ammonium (ammonia) to remove aluminum from the coal acid leachate; after aluminum removal, neutralizing or oxidizing and then neutralizing to precipitate iron-vanadium compounds; purifying the iron-vanadium compounds to remove impurities; and reducing and melting the iron-vanadium compounds to produce vanadium-iron, among other steps. The process flow is short, reagent consumption is low, production costs are low, product quality is good, it is environmentally friendly, and industrial production is easy to achieve.

1.A ferro vanadium refining furnace charge and its preparation method, composed of the following raw materials by weight: 45-65 parts of vanadium concentrate powder, 5-20 parts of vanadium carbide fine powder, 1-5 parts of hexa-phosphate sodium, 1-4 parts of caprolactam, 50-80 parts of vanadium oxide slag, 10-15 parts of reducing agent, and 8-15 parts of binder. Compared with existing technology, the beneficial effect is that the production process of vanadium-iron refining furnace charge achieves a metallic rate of 50-70%, is simple in process, and has low cost; using coke powder or coal powder as fuel, the ash after combustion can be screened out from the sintered product, which not only allows for recycling but also prevents entry into the sintered ore, thus maintaining its quality, while also reducing the entry of harmful elements such as P into the sintered ore; it absorbs the advantages of rapid direct reduction of carbon-containing pellets, utilizes the high thermal efficiency and large output of traditional sintering machines, and is of great significance for energy saving and emission reduction in the vanadium-iron refining process.
