Silicon nitride powder is a gray powder that is an important structural ceramic material with high hardness, inherent lubricity and wear resistance, and oxidation resistance at high temperatures. In addition, it is resistant to hot and cold shock. It will not rupture when heated to over 1000°C in air, cooled quickly, and then heated quickly again. It is because of the excellent properties of silicon nitride ceramics that they are often used to manufacture mechanical parts such as bearings, turbine blades, mechanical sealing rings, and permanent molds.

Application:
1. 2. Surface treatment of metal and other materials: such as die, cutting tool, turbine blade, turbine rotor, inner wall coating of cylinder and other alloys;
3. Composite materials: such as metal, ceramic and graphite matrix composites, rubber, plastics, coatings, adhesives and other polymer matrix composites;
4. Wear resistant self-lubricating nano particle film is used for surface protection of mobile phones, high-grade automobiles and other additives of wear-resistant coatings and electrophoretic coatings, which has high wear-resistant characteristics.
