Ferro Titanium Clad Wire Description
FeTi cored wire is a highly effective oxidant, offering superior deoxidation capabilities compared to silicon and manganese.
When titanium iron wire is fed into steel, the molten steel reaction is stable and uniform, avoiding secondary oxidation and enabling the floating speed of inclusions to be fast. It can also accurately control the composition of microalloyed elements in steel, improving the qualification rate of molten steel.
Titanium has a strong nitrogen fixation effect, which can reduce alloy consumption and production costs, improve the strength, corrosion resistance and stability of steel, and improve the properties of cast iron.
