Products Description
High alumina brick is an aluminum silicate refractory brick with an alumina content greater than 48%. High alumina bricks mainly use high alumina bauxite as the refractory raw material, add other powders and binders, mix and then press and shape on the brick making machine. The refractory bricks are dried and burned in a high-temperature tunnel kiln.
Products Specifications
As a basic material in the field of high temperature technology, high alumina bricks are widely used in cement, glass building materials, steel smelting, petrochemical and other industries.
High temperature industrial furnaces used for high alumina bricks include blast furnaces, hot blast furnaces, electric furnaces, blast furnaces, reverberatory furnaces and rotary kiln linings. In addition, high alumina bricks can also be processed into open hearth recycled grating bricks, socket bricks for pouring systems, nozzle bricks, etc. according to the requirements of industrial furnaces, or into various shapes of high alumina refractory bricks according to customer drawings.

The physical and chemical indicators of high alumina refractory bricks are different, and the use of high alumina refractory bricks is slightly different. High alumina refractory bricks are divided into 2.1g/cm3, 2.2g/cm3, 2.3g/cm3 and 2.4g/cm3 according to ordinary volume density. If used in the same high-temperature industrial furnace, high-alumina refractory bricks with different volume densities should be used in different parts.

High alumina refractory bricks From a macro perspective, the use of high alumina bricks can be applied to a variety of high-temperature industrial furnaces. From a micro perspective, the same high-temperature furnace uses high-alumina bricks in different parts, which have different physical and chemical indicators.
